The short version
This site has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking cookies. Nothing about your visit is recorded. The only personal data collected is what you deliberately type into one of the two forms — and it is used to reply to you, nothing else. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
What is collected
The contact form. Your name, organisation, email address, optional phone number, the type of enquiry, an optional budget range, and whatever you write in the brief. This is used to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to scope the engagement.
The newsletter form. Your email address only, used to send The Operator's Dispatch. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
Nothing else. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party embed on this site. Your reading-mode preference is stored in your own browser and never transmitted.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, on infrastructure in the United States. Their privacy terms are at netlify.com/privacy. Submissions may also be forwarded to a personal email inbox so the enquiry can be answered.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are retained while they are commercially relevant — an active conversation, a live engagement, or the record-keeping that follows one. Anything no longer relevant is deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely. Email amarachukwuezerumaka@gmail.com and it will be handled personally — normally within 48 hours, and always within 30 days.
Where the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 or the UK/EU GDPR applies to you, those rights are yours by law and this site honours them regardless of where you are.
Changes
If what this site collects ever changes, this page changes with it, and the date above is updated. The intention is to keep collecting as little as possible.
