The first operations role.
I took on my first operations management role.

I took on my first operations management role in 2019. In 2021 I heard Naval Ravikant say: learn to sell, learn to build. If you can do both, you'll be unstoppable. That sentence is why I started learning to sell.
Sales is a universal skillset.
You sell your loved ones on ideas. Your colleagues on suggestions. Your team on a direction. Your customers on a solution. Recruiters on your potential. Your investors on a vision.
Everyone should learn to sell.
I took on my first operations management role.
I heard Naval Ravikant say it, and that's how I started learning to sell.
First a CXL Digital Psychology Specialist certification. Then realised my love was with speaking over written persuasion. Then trying to teach myself high-ticket closing.
I came in as a student. Now I close, coach 100+ closers every week, manage the sales team and run operations.
Over the years, a few people asked me to help manage operations in their businesses. That's when I realized I could help other businesses, not just the one I worked in.
Co-hosting 0 to X with Daniel, 65 episodes deep. Building Remit, Trail, Finance Hub and Habit Tracker Pro.

I don't sell theories about revenue. I run it. I run the sales and operations side of a coaching business and turn the chaos into clean systems, with dashboards leadership can trust.
Organizations do not rise to the level of their goals. They fall to the level of their systems.

I close, and I coach closers. $1.4M+ in high-ticket B2C and B2B sales: discovery calls with CEOs and HR directors, one-call closes on $2K–$8K offers, and $10K+ programs with several decision-makers.
I don't read scripts. I assess the situation.

Everything rises and falls on leadership. The true meaning of leadership is influence. Nothing more, nothing less. I lead across music direction, digital media, and revenue operations.
Titles don't make people follow. Influence does.
